Measures are entered against works orders and again can be electronically submitted to the client for approval, clearly identifying financial discrepancies between works requested by the client and works completed by the contractor.

Monthly valuations are automatically generated and include all interim and completed works. Causeway Maintenance Management facilitates the electronic transfer of applications for payment from contractor to client and approved payments from client to contractor.

As works orders progress through their life cycle within the system, Causeway Maintenance Management automatically tracks their status from creation to completion. A simple yet powerful report writer, available to both client and contractor, allows user-definable performance reporting across the project monitoring performance by status, location and budget codes as well as your contract specific KPI’s.
